Their office is based in the industrial estate behind the new crown street retail park in Gorbals. Entire place looks run down and full of wankers. Car parks full of flash range rovers parked all over the place and the guys driving them are your typical coked up nutters. Buildings been falling apart for years but they don't seem to have any money to fix it.

The guys who install the actual windows come and pickup the stuff from the warehouse, there's rubbish everywhere, it's all the cheapest stuff they could find and half of them are "apprentices". There's an old van with deflated tyres parked outside the office they use as a storage area because they reduced the warehouse size to add more sales desks in! Anyone can get a job there they just cold call and sell windows/doors, get the cheapest parts possible, pay the installers minimum wage and they keep the difference from the government grants.

Pal who worked there was saying they are told to only sell via the government grant and genuine customers who call up wanting a private/cash only sale get bumped because it's too much hassle with warranty repairs/things not done right. At least with the grant scheme the customer in most cases pays a hugely reduced or free amount so don't complain as much.
