Although as much as I don't trust the home report, I've come to trust builders even less, so to the best of my ability, I just did a whole bunch of YouTube sleuthing about what to look for in a building, and bought a cheap damp meter off Amazon. That was the best I could muster! Probably not much help but thought I'd chime in! |
