Yeh I think it would be perfectly ok to increase the prices as long as it doesn't change during opening hours. Obviously if this killed their trade they couldn't put them back down again on that day.
I was just pointing out as a side issue that I had read a story about dynamic pricing being considered by a pub chain but the plan they had in place would be incompatible with Scottish Law.
