Comment	Unless it was done recently, budget for a full rewire. A tell tale sign it needs it are sockets mounted low down on the skirting boards. Price will vary depending on size, but budget at £5k. Then £1k to get each room replastered. You can live in the house whilst the rewire happens, but I do not recommend it.
