| Comment | There are different types of surveys available. Mortgage, home buyers and structural. A home report is a mortgage and a home buyers but not as in depth as a home buyers from what I've seen. Structural is what is says and only a surveyor with the right qualifications can do this one. If you have any concerns you can get your own reports done on a house before you buy. There are timber and damp ones too if you are worried about water ingress etc. |
