I worked there for 5 years. They lead with a false sense of security and community, but will push your to the limit of your mental wellbeing all while promoting "mindfulness". The targets are unachievable, the management are ruthless. They've had multiple staff walkouts in the past year and senior management has almost as high a turnover rate as the staff.
A job there will ruin your life. Do not take it. |
