The area does seem to stand out just now though, there’s barely anything for sale elsewhere and the cluster of houses there.
Do you think people are trying to sell because they overpaid in the first place, have seen a lot of the houses were previously sold fairly recently?
We had a terrace there, was a nice area but the noise from out neighbours on one side was unbearable.
They weren’t doing anything antisocial, was just general family noise, but it seemed like the walls were paper thin on one side but not the other. |
