| Comment | Totally, I was helping my sister find a house in Giffnock/Clarkston over the past couple of years and the money they were going for is hard to believe.
Problem was she needed one that was level for wheelchair access for my niece so that narrowed her options and they were all going for loads over HR, I know everywherehad a boom but it seemed on steroids there.
Seeing semis that were normally just over 200k going for 350-400 was bizarre.
Think a lot of people will be stuck in the one place for a long time. |
