I would be careful of mentioning suicide at all unless it is a real risk for you. I mentioned suicidal thoughts to my gp years ago and he wrote it incorrectly in my records as being suicidal, which is not the same. This resulted in me not being able to get life insurance when I was applying for a mortgage.
