I was cycling about the West End last night around Queen Margaret Drive and noticed that the power went off and on about 3 or 4 times before finally stabilising.
Lots of alarm system failures and dead traffic / street lights. I headed towards Milton and the power was off right up until the end of Bilsland Drive but even up in Milton I could see that streets to the right of Balmore Road like Ashgill Road also had no power for the first couple of hundred metres. |
