| Comment | The highest that was confirmed by our conveyancer was 35%, hard to imaging but most houses were going for at least 20% over for a period.
We were putting in about 10% over mostly and there were some properties where our bid was coming in at less than 10th place.
Things are going for less now but the home reports are also higher than they were a year ago so swings and roundabouts I guess. |
