Comment	Are you replacing windows? That’s the killer. Flooring can be expensive as well. Kitchen, plastering, electrics decorating probably best part of 20k - presuming its more expensive now that when i did it. Although, can be much cheaper..IKEA kitchen, carpet instead of solid wood, paint it yourself etc
