| Comment | Yeah some people I worked with were full time and would avoid the post office counter like the plague if they could cos I think they didn't have a clue what they were doing, It's kinda terrible on both sides cos you used to have people that that was their full time job and were quite knowledgeable and knew how to do basically all of it and then you get rid of them and force basically minimum wage shop staff to take it on with no bump in pay along with all the other things they already had to do and on the customers side you get longer opening hours but luck of the draw if you get someone that knows what they're doing which if you're doing something important/expensive is not ideal |
