The massive shortage of student accomodation in Glasgow due to the uncontrolled expansion in university student numbers by the cities universities (but particularly UOFG) is a huge contributing factor to the current spike in rental costs for non students.
This is an incredibly foolish decision which only makes sense if there is an alternative viable proposal on the table to build no student affordable accomodation. |
