Comment | yes - if their behaviour makes someone concerned for their own safety to the extent they have to leave a public space, then that is sufficient for the police to be involved
but obviously they would do so in a manner proportionate to their age - ideally by informing a parent and/or teacher of what has happened in an attempt to nip the behaviour in the bud
fundamentally it's up to OP, as the victim, to decide what is worth reporting, not you or I. And as I've indicated, you can report the incident purely for recording purposes, not in the expectation of any police action. |
