Not trying to let the council off the hook but that cardboard can be brought to the tip yourselves. Pack it down and even stick it in the appropriate bin. That’s not the bin men’s job. In fact it could be a reason why they haven’t lifted it.
A bin store will have different types of bin in a new build flatted block. If the council guys can’t get access to each then I’m not surprised they haven’t collected any.
Might even be a thing in your missives / tenancy agreement that says to keep communal areas tidy / free from debris etc. |
