I have a pal who lives across the road from that area. Says he is sick of African youths hanging about outside his flat and then fighting with each other.
That area has become a mini ghetto for African men with a few shops and a bar appearing. I have cycled past them a few times with no issue however but not surprised to read that there is much dodginess going on!
