The owner put homophobic staff on shifts with LGBTQ+ members and wouldn't hear complaints about it. He claimed that Muslim staff not being comfortable working with LGBTQ+ staff was ok due to their religion.
I witnessed the owner speak down to the women staff on multiple occasions, one of the many reasons why I left.
I was told by multiple staff that he refused to pay them outstanding holiday pay. I was personally not paid on time on multiple occasions by the owner.
TLDR- the owners a cunt, my evidence is anecdotal. |
