It was not my intention to racially segregate. As stated my comments are based on observation. I pass the area regularly and very close.
It's nothing to do with them being African men. Again I repeat myself I am not surprised that there is much dodginess as my friend lives across the road very nearby and he regularly tells me about large groups of African males congregating outside his flat and fighting with each other. The police are called regualrly and he has expressed a desire to move away.
It would appear that after repeated calls to the police that extra surveillance has been put in place and that a picture of what is really happening has been discovered. |
