Comment | I used to work in addiction services (NHS), and would meet folk who'd say I'd rather be out on the street than in some of the places they send us.
That said there were some really nice flats folk went into, but that was rare and they tended to have quite major needs by that point.
Part of the problem of course was 'complex needs', which is a fancy way of saying 'absolutely loads of problems that no one division could deal with'. |
