So the lined winter socks only help so much. I think the underlying issues is I might have cold sweats and no feel them. My core is often warm, my arms and ears very warm. But then my hands, feet and nose are frozen. I do manage to get warm under blanket and with a hot water bottle for my feet but unfortunately, can’t stay like that the whole day.
Will try compression socks tho. I got some of those fingerless arthritis gloves and they seem to help. |
