Last year I was working 2 months away at a time, when winter came am 2 floors up in modern block I left heating on a timer, used Alexa for lights and had the little indoor amazon cameras set up.
Had no parcels due for deliveries etc so nothing ever left at door.
Neighbour next door had keys in case of water or fire emergency
