There is a reason various equipment and aspects of a site must be secured or left in a certain manner. An example of this is keeping a mini digger secured in place - level terrain or utilising equipment to ensure if it doesn't tip when not in use.

While that seems obvious , it is the construction companies responsibility to ensure this occurs to reduce the risk of accidents.

Also, did everyone who is commenting go up and check every aspect of that fence to secure it - or is this just the jungle drums beating. I've no idea the condition of the fence or premises in general - but as previously stated. It is the companies responsibility, and they have ALREADY ADMITTED FAULT.
