| Comment | So am i right in thinking that the kids were breaking in, and kept breaking in. It's up to the contractor to put up more signs and bigger fences and whatever is required in order to prevent this from happening. If it was the first time they'd got in that might mitigate things somewhat, but the fact they knew it was happening and hadn't made it secure enough for repeated entries means it was their fault? If people keep escaping from jail you blame it on the jail. |
