Anyway, pull the radiator covers back towards the valve in a controlled motion, just enough to unclip it. The side can stay on, Then unclip the top grill by pulling up.
Another way to do it is, wet and dry vacuum cleaner and set it to blow rather than suck. It'll create a bit of a mess but it'll soon get rid of all the dust in there..
