Im deluded if i think the city centre has a high amount of homeless getting caught shoplifting or housebreaking?

obviously they need help in the way of free food, which anyone would take in the circumstances and which is brilliant and commendable but i want to help them socially.

Ill take that though, its not 90 percent, none of my information is based on "sources" its all anecdotal based on years of experience. i take it everything you know on the subject comes from reading online. Nothing wrong with that obviously its all factual information, but it can be compared to learning to drive a car, and then driving in the real world.
