It’s isn’t a “lost property office” by which any lay person would assume is a lost property office. It’s just another company, no different to Burger King, Boots, M&S, WH Smith.
It’s a baggage company. Not a rail provider either.
Now, whether or not ScotRail or National Rail has a contract that this company is their “lost and found” or not, I don’t know.
