| Comment | If you are going to the west end at the weekend check the parking zones. Some are on 7 days a week and some are off on Saturday and Sunday with most being off on Sunday Only. On Saturdays you can park in Park and around Yorkhill. For free parking for visiting byres road 7 days a week there is the area kirklee behind the botanical gardens and thornwood along Dumbarton road. Both are usually busy but if your luck is in or you are early enough and dump the car it works, as both are in easy walking distance of byres road. |
