| Comment | I've recently spoken with my GP, who diagnosed me with depression. He has sent me to Glasgow Wellbeing first, but this was a waste of time, they only send you to some classes, where you watch badly designed powerpoint with group of other bored people (although the girls who run the presentations are OK).
Then he advised me to go to lifelink, where I got a councillor appotiment pretty quickly (like: within less than a week since I contacted them for the first time). |
