My doc went straight for the medication which I was happy with at the time as I was in a really bad place. It helped and I got my life together and made some big changes. At one point I forgot to take it for a few days and was wondering why I was so down and feeling like shit then realised and started up again. After a few months I just stopped and had no effects and am now brand new. It may take a while but you will get through it. Good luck! |
