| Comment | Yeah, same here. I tried two different anti-depressants which were both awful, and also did the whole LifeLink, Tom Allen Centre "counselling" thing which is just a complete waste of time for me.
I need to see a proper psychiatrist who can say,"you may be this, or you may have that", etc., but it just doesn't seem to be offered.
The utterly despondent feelings and profound sadness and anxiety I feel are caused by a rut of my own creation, but I think there's something undiagnosed which has got me to this awful place. |
