I think they must mean Revolution on Mitchell Street, can't think of any other one. It's definitely not communist themed though... Just a typical cocktail bar.
Is it possible this got mixed up with Bloc? It was renovated recently to be a more generic bar, but it used to go heavy on the "eastern bloc" and communist era theme. Not the case anymore though, but still a good place.
