| Comment | Of course, but I guess the point I'm making is that her appeal is clesrly disingenuous and her smear of her previous lawyers is quite unjustifiable. The facts were presented and she was prosecuted on them, her lawyers defended her as best they could but.. really, what defense is she expecting? A different lawyer isn't going to be able to change the bottom line of her charges, she was still caught embezzling money from charities. If anything, she's just going to piss the PF off because she's wasting court time on a case where her guilt is plain and clear to all to see. |
