This shows a fundamental misunderstanding of how human anatomy and physiology work. In order to get from the gut to the urine, something has to be absorbed from the gut into the blood first, and then filtered out of the blood again by the kidneys. If something is in the blood, it will travel to every part of the body, not just the urine.

So the route that you suggest from the gut straight to the urine, bypassing the rest of the body, does not exist.

I would also add that the more fat soluble something is, the more likely it will be stored in high concentrations in the body tissues (the fat). It is actually the more water soluble (i.e. less fat soluble) vitamins that will be excreted easier into the urine.
