Had a look at old maps. The western boundary of Kennyhill was a street called Kennyhill Gardens, which in modern day has been renamed to Sannox Gardens. The Molindinar skirts close, but just a little bit over that boundary line.
Interestingly, there used to be a railway station at eastern edge of the park, Kennyhill station.
