Message them on twitter and facebook as well as emailing the store. Keep it high level(bullet points) and say you want the manager to look into it properly and to reply before you seek someone for legal advice.
I'm not sure that store security are actually allowed to physically touch people unless they're making a citizens arrest -if this is the case they must also call the police. They cant do it then change their mind when they realise you arent actually carrying stolen goods.
It sounds like this guys on a bit of a power trip and probably needs reminded that hes a security guard and not a police officer. |
