It is the same everywhere.

I moved back to Glasgow from a small village near Nottingham (more of an outskirt really) about two years ago and just as we were leaving people were starting to sleep in shop doorways etc.

This is a direct result of Tory austerity. It's the most vulnerable who get it in the neck first.
