| Comment | It’s not the best area, but to be honest, like in most similar neighbourhoods, you are unlikely to get any problems unless you go looking for trouble. My friend used to live around there and never had any issues. The flats were nice / cheap and being close to the city centre was very handy.
Remember that if you’re renting you can give a months notice at any time (no more 6/12 month minimum terms), so if you really hate it, you’re not stuck there and you can move. |
