Depends on the yield of the bomb, if it air-bursts or hits the ground, and which way the wind is pointing.

Most modern nukes aren't as high a yield as during the Cold War, it's all about precision now rather than a dick-waving contest of who's got the most Megatons. Most likely scenario, Faslane is a crater, everything around it including Greenock and Port Glasgow are rubble, windows shatter in Glasgow and the cancer rate in Scotland doubles for the next 50 years. If it hits the ground though, fallout everywhere. If the wind is right the plume could hit Norway.
