If that render is accurate, then it's bland an uninspiring. The buildings are really just a repetition of the same dull, cookie-cutter type of pattern. Cheap to build but shit to look at.

With the length of the waterfront to play with, you'd have thought the architects would have shown more creativity and uniqueness. This is part of the city's waterfront skyline they're defining after all.

Instead the river is, basically, ignored save for one cubic carbuncle on the far left.
