| Comment | It can be a bit rough down that way, but there's also a huge amount going on and its likely to change rapidly over the next few years. A world class gig venue (barrowlands ballroom), very decent bars (the gate, st lukes, baad, west brewery), close to decent late night bars (maggie mays, boteco), a stones throw from the city center or dennistoun for good scran (baked, mesa, east, tibo, mono, shawarma kings, A'chaltain, to name a few). right beside Glasgow green for summer chilling / running or cycling... I'd say its well worth a punt. |
