While I understand the history of why RC schools came about and appreciate that, I don’t particularly agree with segregating children at the age of five due to the religious beliefs of the parents. I think it is far too young an age to be splitting up groups and could create a sort of us v them mentality. Also, now I am not 100% on this, but I am sure that you have to be ‘approved’ by a priest or get some sort of certificate to teach at an RC school, which is bonkers to me.

I think there is some top whataboutery going on in this thread. The video is just bigotry to the extreme and somehow the debate has been changed to why RC schools are bad for society. Doesn’t seem quite right.
