The charge that I'm associated with isn't as significant as the other ones. The guy is being charged for being in a place he shouldn't have and a crime was committed. Essentially the CCTV shows him walking around our flats car park and I had a storage box off camera that was broken into. They couldn't charge him for the damage etc as it wasn't covered by CCTV. |
