As a self employed individual, I’m unable to claim for the shirts, trousers etc I require for client meetings. I’d also like my toenails done but money is tight.
It’s difficult to see, given the city wide cuts, how this cannot be seen as heavily hypocritical and we really need a rework of what can be claimed on expenses.
The level of misspending in this city is disgusting.
