Achilles heel on great western road used to have a running group not sure if they still do. Check out Fusion Triathlon club, they do 2 run sessions a week. Project 3 do running sessions a couple of times a week. MRF running as well.
Also, don’t just run as part of our trading. Try to do some strength and conditioning training as well. It will help with your endurance.
