| Comment | I was always a great lover of Scotland, it's nature, it's openness and its cosmopolitan thining. I was amazed how polite the political discussion can be, compared to Polish political scene discussion towards ther Indy Referendum was something out of this world. Alas, in recent years I have to deal with more and more crap and I might be considering loving Scotland from afar.
I seriously considered leaving, as I have enough of this shit. I got also pretty much disillusioned with the state of the NHS and British welfare systems after my injuries forced me to seek both medical and financial help. If not that I am totally skint and cannot afford to start anew in another country (and don't want to go to Poland, because of the shit that is going on there right now), I would probably be gone already.
So plan for now is to stay put for now and see what happens with Brexit, to see if things are to settle down, to see how my job prospects will be, to see if that racist crap is going to die out... But at the same time get to work and build up my savings again, so if the need be I would be able to leave. |
