| Comment | I agree that it will effect people on a lower income much more, however, there is an obesity crisis in this country which is already having a detrimental impact on the health of huge numbers of the population and subsequently the NHS. The question is do The Scottish Government have a duty to try and do what it can to protect the health of it's citizens and subsequently the NHS, I would say it does. |
