Cambuslang. It's got three train stations, on two separate lines (Cambuslang on the west coast mainline/argyle low level line, and Kirkhill on the south side line, with Newton at the junction of both lines) and you can easily get a three bedroom newbuild within that budget. This one is a 20 min walk from newton station [https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-65535822.html](https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-65535822.html)

or this about a ten min walk from kirkhill and cambuslang stations - [https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-66313960.html](https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-66313960.html)

There are several large parks and woodands: Cambuslang Public Park, Holmhills Community Woodland, Quarryfield Park, Halfway Park, lots of local schools and nurseries, and lots of young families, so there's various toddler groups and events.
