Comment	Ive done it online once before. Website crashed about 5 times and I gave up. Next day I tried it and it crashed a few more times then eventually let me submit the details. Took about a week to hear back and I got like 1.60 back on my 6.30 ticket. The forum also makes you enter the same fucking information about 3 times.
