Kinda looks like a woodlouse though hard to tell from the video shaking about. Every flat gets them time to time. From my experience they just seem to pop up at different times of the year, absolutely harmless. Usually I’ll get rid of a few of them without actually trying very hard by just chucking them out and they’ll be gone for another 6-8 months before another one pops up.
